Orders placed Monday - Thursday before 7am will be shipped for next day delivery. Orders placed Thursday after 7am will be shipped Monday for delivery Tuesday. The bakery is closed on a weekend.

Baked fresh to order, our cookies keep for five days and freeze beautifully for up to six months.

In warm weather, please keep them refrigerated.

Yes. You can add any message to your order in the custom note at the checkout. No charge.

We use DPD Local on a fully tracked next-day service. Upon despatch, you’ll receive an update via text or email, and a time window for delivery.

No – our bakers down-tools at weekends. We ship our cookies Monday–Thursday, and deliveries are Tuesday–Friday.

Sorry, no. We offer set and seasonal boxes for ultimate baking efficiency so that you get the freshest cookies at the best price, and nothing is wasted.

Even though our base range of cookies are NGCI (no gluten-containing ingredients), we don’t certify our cookies as gluten free because all our cookies contain gluten. We also have gluten, wheat,
barley and oats present at our bakery. You’ll find more info on ingredients and allergens on your order, or the box they arrive in.
